Common questions
Can you color grey hair?
Yes. We offer grey blending, which blends grey hair naturally with fine highlights, as well as grey coverage color. We use Milbon color from Japan.
Do you use Japanese color and perm products?
Yes. We use Milbon color from Japan, and Japanese products and equipment for digital perms. Treatments and home care are mainly Japanese brands such as Milbon.
Can you do color without red tones, or a glossy natural color?
We often get requests for ash and lavender tones that reduce redness, and for glossy natural colors. We check your current color and history before suggesting the tone.
Can you suggest a style or color that suits me?
Yes. Every service starts with a consultation, and we suggest options for your skin tone, face shape, hair texture and lifestyle.
Can I get a brighter color without bleach?
We have examples of ash, beige and brown tones done without bleach. How bright we can go depends on your current color and history, so we check it at the consultation.
How long does a bleach color last?
It depends on the shade, your hair condition and home care. You can also ask us about home care such as color shampoo, and toner maintenance after the color fades.
How should I care for bleached hair at home?
For bleached hair we recommend products such as color shampoo to slow fading and a leave-in treatment (Milbon Elujuda). We suggest what suits your hair.
Can you reduce yellow or orange tones after the color fades?
Yellow or dull tones that appear after fading can be adjusted with toner maintenance at the shampoo bed, or with color shampoo.
Can I bleach my hair if I have had straightening or a perm?
It depends on your history. At the consultation we check your hair and your color, bleach, straightening and perm history before deciding. Sharing your history on WhatsApp beforehand makes the consultation easier.
What is Plex?
Plex is a care agent added to bleach or color to help reduce damage during the service. We offer Plex Color and Care Plex for highlights.
