Your first visit
From booking to payment, this is how a first visit works. If anything is unclear, just ask us on WhatsApp.

Booking
Book on WhatsApp or online. WhatsApp is the quickest way to ask about your hair history or availability; if you already know your menu and time, you can also book online.

Arriving
We are on the 1st floor of 57 Promenade Apartment, about a 5-minute walk from Grand Indonesia but not inside the mall. Show your driver or taxi the address on our access page. If you are running late or your plans change, please let us know on WhatsApp.

Consultation
We ask about your hair, face shape, lifestyle and past color or perms, then decide the finish and the service together. The price follows the menu and your hair length (S/M/L).

Service and finish
Prices for color, perms, straightening and kids’ cuts include styling. Treatments and scalp care do not include styling.

Payment
Prices are in IDR and include PPN. We accept credit cards, debit cards and NFC mobile payments (as listed on Google Maps).
Last booking
- Cut1 h before closing（19:00）
- Color2 h before closing（18:00）
- Highlights & digital perm3 h before closing（17:00）
